About me

I was born in Eurasia, in the heart of Central Kazakhstan, With deep ethnic roots in the Kipchak-Bulgar culture and Russian and Tatar as my mother tongues. I grew up surrounded by a mix of cultures, languages, and traditions that blended together naturally. It was a colorful, lively environment that shaped how I see the world and taught me to value diversity in all its forms.

My personal and professional evolution is built at the intersection of human cognition, linguistic nuance, and the systemic governance of technology. With a Bachelor’s in Philology and a trio of Master’s degrees (Neuroscience of Language, Emotional Intelligence, and Digital Ethics), I view the evolution of AI through a lens that combines scientific rigor with a specialized framework for technological accountability.

As a Digital Impact Expert for the Digital Peace think tank, I apply this multidisciplinary background to analyze how emerging technologies influence social stability and human rights on a global scale.

My work as a cultural mediator for an international human rights organization provided a critical realization: communication is the vessel for culture, rights, and power.

This experience became the cornerstone of my approach to technology, teaching me that without proper oversight and ethical grounding, information systems can inadvertently marginalize the very people they are meant to serve.

This realization eventually guided me toward the specialized study of Digital Ethics and my current work with Digital Peace, where I ensure that the logic of the machine never overrides the rights of the individual.

For over a decade, I have operated at the highest levels of global communication. From leading quality assurance for international giants like Lionbridge to my current 13-year tenure as Head of Multilingual Communication at one of Spain’s premier engineering firms, I have managed the practical challenges of global communication strategies. In these roles, I have governed how complex technical and engineering data is adapted across cultures, ensuring clarity, safety, and ethical consistency in high-stakes environments. This industrial experience provides me with a grounded understanding of how large-scale corporate structures must implement governance to remain both efficient and conscientious.

For the past 15 years, I have served as a Subject Matter Expert in AI training and business ethics. By leveraging my academic background in Digital Ethics and Neuroscience, I advocate for governance structures that ensure AI is fundamentally equitable.

My work focuses on protecting vulnerable groups from algorithmic bias and applying an understanding of human cognition to create interactions that respect human dignity and psychological safety. Within the Digital Peace think tank, I treat ethics not as a theoretical exercise but as a necessary framework for the responsible application of technology within modern industry and international relations.

Beyond my professional mandates, I am committed to the public discourse on the societal impact of technology.

As a writer for Meer, I explore the ethical dimensions of AI, moving the conversation from mere capability to accountability.

As a visiting lecturer and educational facilitator, I guide the next generation of technologists to view ethics and governance as the essential architecture of sustainable, human-centered innovation.
